Booking Terms

• Check-in time: 3 PM.
• Check-out time: 11 AM.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
• Events and Group Bookings: Subject to separate booking terms and conditions. Please enquire via email at ask@familynest.com.
• Restrictions: Photoshoots, live entertainment, amplified music, pets, and drones are not permitted unless approved by management.

Extra Person and Child Policies

• The maximum number of guests allowed is as specified in the listing. Do not exceed this limit. Visitors are allowed during the day but must not exceed the maximum guest limit.
  
• We provide a crib for children up to 3 years old for free. For children older than 3 years, we recommend using a separate bed, although we acknowledge that children may share the bed with their parents up to a certain age. We do not charge extra for bed-sharing between parents and a child.

Pet Policy

• While we love pets, we have a no-pets policy to accommodate guests with allergies. Please refrain from bringing any pets to the villa.
  

No Smoking

• Our villa is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Parking

• Free parking is available on the street.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations during the following ‘time before arrival’ will result in the following refunds and penalties:

• 31 days or more before check-in day: Full Refund.
  
• 15-30 days before check-in day: cancellation fee of 50% of the gross rental price (or 100% refund in Family Nest Credit to be used at a future date in Family Nest, subject to reservation and availability).
  
• 14 days or fewer before check-in day: cancellation fee of 100% of the gross rental price.

Payment Policies

• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
  
• Following Indonesian law, all payments will be converted to and charged in Indonesian Rupiah and will refer to the exchange rate upon booking. There might be a slight difference between the rate shown here.
